We repair both mesh and vinyl tarps, pool covers, boat covers, and many other types of items. Repairs are priced based upon time and materials. The item needing repair must be brought into our shop for evaluation of the materials and problem to determine if a repair can be done, or if a new replacement item will be needed instead.

Fabrics
Sunbrella – mildew / sap resistant, available in a variety of colors and stripes, pro-rated manufacturer warranty on fabric
Quest – polyester / cotton blend, gray only; special order colors may be available for additional cost
Vinyl Coated Polyester – 18 oz strength, variety of solid colors
Vinyl Laminate Fabric – 14 oz strength, flame retardant, in a variety of solid colors
Clear Vinyl – for windows in curtains or screens
Tennis Court Wind Screen – Open mesh or closed mesh available – Dark Green 85% shade open weave / 92% shade closed weave; Black 87% shade open weave / 96% shade closed weave
Screen – multi colored, no color choices; special order solid colors may be available for additional cost
PhiferTex – screen fabric, variety of colors, mildew resistant, 70% shade closed weave 30 % shade open weave
AwnTex – screen fabric, variety of colors, mildew resistant, 70% shade closed weave flame retardant OR 90% shade closed weave not flame retardant
Other Fabrics are available in other % shade, mildew / sap resistant, flame retardant – call for details.

Threads
White is the best standard for durability and long life. Other colors are available but are not as durable due to the thread twist strength. Colors can be special ordered for an additional cost. Threads will wear out long before fabrics with normal wear and tear, but can be re-sewn if the fabric is still durable. We will need the original item to test the fabric and look at the wear and tear to see if it is repairable, or if it is time for a new custom item.

Boat Covers
We make a custom fitted boat cover you can trailer down the road which includes a motor cover on outboard boats. It has vinyl reinforcements anywhere you have a stress point. We offer two kinds of material. One is a polyester cotton blend that only comes in a gray, the other fabric is Sunbrella and you can pick a color! The Sunbrella material is mildew and sap resistant. We stand behind the workmanship for one year, there is a pro-rated warranty by the manufacturer of the material on the Sunbrella fabric. We can use ropes, or buckles and straps to tie down the cover. We must have your boat in our shop for the initial measuring and for custom fitting on the final product. Call to schedule an appointment.

Pool and Spa Covers
Using a PVC Coated Polyester Mesh, non flame retardant OR a 14 oz. PVC Coated Polyester Solid which is flame retardant, which we have used over 30 years in the industry to custom design, engineer and fabricate your custom cover. The ideal choice for pool covers, offering quality, stability. If a solid fabric is used, you will need a pump to pump water off the cover. Pool cover anchors consist of brass anchors which are counter sunk into the deck so they will screw down flush with the pavement when not in use. Also available if needed, are wood deck anchors. Seams are double needle sewn, and the edge is reinforced with webbing and grommets at intervals as needed on site to insure a proper custom fit. The installation is designed so the cover stays anchored and suspended above the water, which allows it to lay on top of the water for extra support under the weight of snow and ice. Custom covers can be made for all pool and spa sizes and shapes, including waterfalls. Free on site estimate. Call for appointment.

Awnings and Canopies
Improve your look with Sunbrella or 14 oz. Vinyl Laminate fabric awnings. We can recover existing frames with new fabric and change the appearance of the entire home or business. We can fabricate custom metal frames to fit your specific needs. Logos or lettering can be applied for additional costs, call for details. Free on-site estimate. Call for appointment.

Gazebo Tops and EZ-UP Canopies
We custom fit to your existing frame for a professional appearance, therefore we will need the top of your frame for measurements and fitting. Choose from Sunbrella or 14 oz Vinyl Laminate fabric.

Curtains/ Screens
Using a Duratrak system or Roll Up system, curtains can be made for many purposes – shade, wind, temperature, weather, etc.
Available in Sunbrella, Vinyl Laminate fabric, PhiferTex, AwnTex, Tennis Court Wind Screen. Clear Vinyl is used for any windows or inserts.
Items can include: welding curtains, wireline curtains, warehouse divider curtains, shelve & pallet curtains, fence screens, smoking pavilions, riding arena screens, roll up curtains. All types of screens are available.

Truck and Trailer Tarps
Schedule an appointment to bring your truck to our shop for a custom fitted tarp according to your needs. By scheduling an appointment we can better assure you that your tarp will be completed within one day.
We make load covers, flat tarps, fitted tarps to fit your exact needs regarding size, webbing, grommets, D-rings, straps, buckles, etc.
We also offer a variety of tarping systems: rollover – side to side or front to back, manual crank systems or spring loaded crank systems or flop arm systems. With or without front or rear caps. Bow models available with 1” regular bows, nylon bows or heavy duty bows, with reinforcements.
We also cover asphalt trucks, roll off boxes, tandem & end dump trailers, pup trailers, truck covers & diapers for mobile mixers.
Stock and cattle trailers can also be custom covered to meet your needs, as well as sand or screen tarps, trash tarps, hay tarps.
Screen or vinyl fabrics in a variety of colors are available. Screen fabric is multi colored but can be special ordered in one color for an additional cost.

Custom Work
We can engineer a custom item while working with your specifications and needs, to meet any project, large or small, in just about any application whether simple or detailed. Prototype covers made of a variety of fabrics with any specific instructions or drawings as to size and shape – grommets, webbing, snaps, etc.
