General Fabrics That We Use
Sunbrella – mildew / sap resistant, available in a variety of colors and stripes, pro-rated manufacturer warranty on fabric
Quest – polyester / cotton blend, gray only; special order colors may be available for additional cost
Vinyl Coated Polyester – 18 oz strength, variety of solid colors
Vinyl Laminate Fabric – 14 oz strength, flame retardant, in a variety of solid colors
Clear Vinyl – for windows in curtains or screens
Tennis Court Wind Screen – Open mesh or closed mesh available – Dark Green 85% shade open weave / 92% shade closed weave; Black 87% shade open weave / 96% shade closed weave
Screen – multi colored, no color choices; special order solid colors may be available for additional cost
PhiferTex – screen fabric, variety of colors, mildew resistant, 70% shade closed weave 30 % shade open weave
AwnTex – screen fabric, variety of colors, mildew resistant, 70% shade closed weave flame retardant OR 90% shade closed weave not flame retardant

ThreadWhite is the best standard for durability and long life. Other colors are available but are not as durable due to the thread twist strength. Colors can be special ordered for an additional cost. Threads will wear out long before fabrics with normal wear and tear, but can be re-sewn if the fabric is still durable. We will need the original item to test the fabric and look at the wear and tear to see if it is repairable, or if it is time for a new custom item.
